It can affect the part’s surface finish and may interfere with sealing. We have developed an automated, non-abrasive process that helps you effectively remove flash from plastic parts to consistently high-quality standards. 

Cryogenic deflashing can be accomplished using liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide particles through freezing, tumbling, or blasting.
