The CUMULUS Fluid Temperature Control (FTC) system from Linde provides a fast and accurate cooling of heat transfer fluids, also known as HTFs. The system uses liquid nitrogen as the cooling agent and is able to reach cooling temperatures as low as -100 °C. The CUMULUS FTC system is available in five models to meet your process requirements. These models include the CUMULUS^® systems PX5, PX20, PX50, PX100, and XLT50.

The chemical and specialty chemical industry uses solvents to manufacture, distribute, and store products.
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are a health and environmental hazard regulated by law, therefore, manufacturers must work to limit the amount of VOCs that are inadvertently released into the atmosphere. Linde's CIRRUS system uses cryogenic cooling with liquid nitrogen for VOC emission control. The systems are available in three models to meet your process requirements. These models include the CIRRUS VEC System M50, M150, and M500.

The vapor emission control system is easy to start up and shut down. It is operated by a programmable logic controller (PLC) that keeps the selected emission level constant, regardless of variation in gas flow, pressure, temperature, or level of solvents in the process gas.

CIRRUS VEC Systems

Linde's Hot Oxygen Burner (HOB) technology was developed to provide efficient syngas production from natural gas. It significantly increases syngas yield from lower temperature gasifiers by effectively converting residual tars and hydrocarbons present in the raw syngas product.

Linde provides the Hot Oxygen Burner (HOB) technology for efficient syngas production from natural gas. It significantly increases syngas yield from lower temperature gasifiers by effectively converting residual tars and hydrocarbons present in the raw syngas product. HOB technology uses a high momentum jet of hot oxygen (>3,600°F) to quickly and efficiently mix a feedstock for partial oxidation into a syngas. HOB technology can form the core of a small syngas production plant where the feedstock is natural gas. Our gasification technology can also be used as a secondary syngas reformer to improve the yield and quality of syngas produced via gasification.
